OpsFlow was born from frustration. Our founders worked with service businesses across different industries and noticed a common pain point: despite having smartphones, cloud storage, and modern software, these companies were still managing their operations with paper, spreadsheets, and disconnected tools.
A project manager would track jobs in one system, the accountant in another, and the warehouse manager in yet another. Information was constantly lost, duplicated, or missed. Mistakes were costly, and growth was hindered by operational inefficiency.
We decided to build the unified platform we wish we had. We started by talking to dozens of service business owners and operators to understand their real challenges:
