1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using OpsFlow ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on OpsFlow for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modifying or copying the materials
  • Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on OpsFlow
  • Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations
  • Accessing or searching the Service by any means other than OpsFlow's publicly supported interfaces

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on OpsFlow are provided on an 'as is' basis. OpsFlow makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall OpsFlow or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on OpsFlow, even if OpsFlow or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on OpsFlow could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. OpsFlow does not warrant that any of the materials on OpsFlow are accurate, complete, or current. OpsFlow may make changes to the materials contained on OpsFlow at any time without notice.

6. Materials and Content

OpsFlow does not control all of the content posted on its Service by others. By operating OpsFlow, we do not represent or imply that we endorse any content, or represent that the information, opinions, or statements posted by users are accurate, complete, or not harmful.

7. User Accounts and Registration

If you create an account on OpsFlow, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Not use the account of another user without permission

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person
  • Transmitting obscene or offensive content
  • Disrupting normal flow of dialogue or discussions within OpsFlow
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Uploading viruses or malicious code
  • Spamming or engaging in phishing activities
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights

9. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and all of its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by OpsFlow, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. User Content

You retain all rights to any content you upload or input into OpsFlow (your "User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant OpsFlow a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your User Content for the purpose of providing the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to the User Content
  • The User Content does not violate any third-party rights
  • You have the authority to grant the licenses above

11. Payment Terms

If you purchase a subscription or paid plan, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees and charges that you incur using the Service
  • Pay fees using a valid payment method provided to us
  • Accept responsibility for all charges to your account

Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change fees upon 30 days' notice.

12. Termination

OpsFlow may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or deleting your account through the platform.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OpsFlow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that location.

15. Changes to Terms

OpsFlow reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
